Live Sober AF helps approved brands gain visibility, sell direct-to-consumer through our branded storefront, access wholesale catalog opportunities, and participate in approved partner-channel activations through LiveSoberAF.co.

Approved brands receive access to Shopify Collective setup coordination, product listing review, DTC storefront eligibility, wholesale catalog eligibility, product education opportunities, sample-based activation opportunities, social content consideration, curated bundle consideration, buyer sample opportunities, distributor sample opportunities, event/trade show opportunity consideration, and partner-channel participation.

Live Sober AF’s standard partner pricing requirement is:

Alternative pricing may be approved only when the product economics still work for Live Sober AF.

Brand partners may choose whether to participate in certain optional activations such as samples, influencer or creator seeding, live demos, bundles, events, trade shows, or buyer sample programs. Declining optional activations does not reduce or pause the monthly Brand Partner fee, which covers platform access, catalog eligibility, product activation eligibility, and participation in the Live Sober AF ecosystem.

Live Sober AF decides which brands, products, and samples are submitted, promoted, featured, or presented for each opportunity based on product fit, timing, buyer needs, channel fit, compliance, inventory, pricing, and business judgment.

Larger strategic account opportunities, including chain retailers, distributors, marketplace buyers, event-based buyer opportunities, trade show opportunities, and national accounts, may require a separate Strategic Account Consulting Agreement before account details are disclosed or the opportunity proceeds.

Any direct-to-brand opportunity identified, introduced, presented, sampled, promoted, routed, or materially supported by Live Sober AF may be treated as a Protected Opportunity subject to additional terms and fees.
