Print-on-Demand Apparel

Many apparel items are produced through print-on-demand fulfillment partners. Because these items are created specifically for each order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to:

• Incorrect size selection

• Change of mind

• Ordering the wrong item

Please check the size charts provided on each product page before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will gladly replace it.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the damage or defect

If the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement shipment at no cost to you.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
