Because we work with multiple brand partners and fulfillment vendors, some items on our store may ship from different locations. This means that in some cases your order may arrive in multiple packages and you may receive more than one tracking number.
Processing & Shipping Times
Most orders are processed and shipped within a few business days. However, since some products are fulfilled directly by our vendor partners or produced on demand, shipping times may vary depending on inventory availability and fulfillment schedules.
In rare cases, orders may take up to 2 weeks to ship. While this is not the typical experience, delays can occasionally occur if a vendor is temporarily out of stock or awaiting new inventory.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.
Multiple Shipments
If your order includes products from different vendors or fulfillment partners, those items may ship separately and arrive at different times.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. If multiple vendors are fulfilling your order, you may receive more than one tracking email.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue when contacting us.
If the issue is verified, we will work with the fulfillment partner to replace the item at no cost to you.
Final Sale Policy
All items sold on this website are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item.
